So I haven't blogged on this subject because I guess I was a little scared and nervous and wanted to wait to see if I actually stuck with it. I am please to say that I have been doing Weight Watchers now since the beginning of the year and have lost 12.8 pounds! YAYYY!
If you know me well I don't really stick to a diet plan that I start and like to go on exercise vacations frequently so I didn't want to tell you that I had started WW until I saw some results and I HAVE!
My friend, Amber, decided she was going to do WW and told me how it really works and how much she had lost on it before so I thought sure, I would try it. Lingering in the back of my mind I was thinking yes I will try and probably quit and cheat in about 2 weeks time. Well, I think having that person to be accountable to and the fact that my dear, now very skinny, husband decided to do with me made me stick to it!
It is not that hard and I can eat a lot of the foods that I love but just tweak them so that they are healthier. I actually cheat every now and again and still lose weight! That is what I love about this program!
Anyways, just wanted to let all of you know that I am now accountable to YOU! I will post every week to let you know how weigh in went. So wish me luck and maybe you will see me this summer looking very confident in my bikini.....I mean my one piece suit...with a cover up on:)

Way to go girl! I am so proud! I owe all of my weight loss success to YOU! If I didn't have you to go with me, who knows where I would be...oh, wait, I know...15 pounds heavier! haha Let's keep it up and we will be so confident in our one pieces and cover ups this summer!!! hehe
