We spent Saturday playing in the water and taking boat rides. Taylor, his Dad and the rest of the "ski club" went skiing early that morning. Terry loves to watch them pass by the house. He says he wants to ski one day:) The kids took a great nap and we headed off to some of our friends (Chad and Jennifer) wedding. It was in Sanford and at the same church that we were married at which was kind of cool being there almost 5 years later! It brought back so many memories of that wonderful day!
The reception was at the Civic Center which was super nice and we got to catch up and hang out with old friends. Oh and while we were at the reception Patti called and said that Terry had some drainage from his eyes (the same that RG had) so I called our pediatrician and Dr. Erwin called back and got our pharmacy info since we were out of town and called him in some eye drops. I don't even want to go into how getting eye drops in his eyes went:0
Sunday was another day of playing in the water and boating. My Aunt had a get together over at her house which is across the lake from my in laws. We had a great dinner and nice time visiting with family and friends.
I was still feeling very congested at this point and I was starting to feel like I had a sinus infection...I ended up calling my Dr on Monday morning and she was so nice and called me in a prescription for antibiotic. I was so thankful that I didnt have to go to the doctor!
The kids and I stayed until Tuesday and got home that afternoon. We had such a great time and I am so thankful for such a wonderful family and beautiful place to spend time with them. Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day and a special thank you to all the military and all you do for our country!!!
