The Garden

Back in April the Keith boys got started building and planting their garden. Taylor has always grown tomatoes every year and this year wanted to try out some new veggies to grow. It started out first with building the garden beds which Taylor did beautifully with the help of Terry. After building the beds they planted tomatoes, squash, zuchinni, watermelon, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, cantelope and sweet peppers-can you tell we like peppers?

Every day when Taylor gets home from work Terry excitedly helps him water and weed the garden. He loves taking care of "his garden" and is quick to show it off when we have company. He even has some froggy friends that he likes to name and watch hop around. This has been a great way for Taylor and Terry to bond and for Taylor to teach him about nature and responsibility.

I can't wait to cook some of our home grown veggies knowing all the hard work from my men that was put into them.
