Menu Plan

So I gained .6 last night at WW. I SO needed a reality check! I really need to track and plan meals. So here is this week's menu...
Monday- out after WW
Tuesday- Salisbury steak with no yolk egg noodles
Wed- Chicken Taco Chili
Thurs- Steak Tips in Gravy
Fri- out for friends birthday
Sat- Soup/sandwiches

On week 8 of c25k and I am really struggling this week! I have done something to my foot so it is hurting really bad! I am hoping it will get better asap! Hope everyone has a great week! :)
