Terry turns FOUR!

Terry celebrated his fourth birthday on June 3rd! I can't believe he is four--these last four years have flown by! We had a great time celebrating him. The day of his birthday we went to Jumpin Parties with some friends and that night we cooked out and had cake:) The next day we had a joint party for Terry and Rainey Grace at the Splash Pad in Kinston. Everyone had a great time splashing around and getting wet since it was so hot!

Terry is just the light of our lives. He is a very caring, sweet and fun little boy! He has his trying times with lots of attitude and disciplining him has been very hard but very rewarding as well because it works!....as long as we are consistent! He is still a great friend and brother to his little sister and takes great care of her. They play so well together and really miss each other when they are apart.

This summer he has had a blast going to swim class, the lake and the pool. He has turned into a little fish. He surprises me every day with new skills in the water--He is very brave! He will be going to 3 day preschool in the fall and I can't wait to see how he grows and learns with his friends and teachers.

What a blessing this little boy is in our lives and I thank God every day for him and how smart, healthy and lively he is! Happy fourth birthday, Terry Douglas! We love you!
