Before the baby shower Rainey and I stopped off to have lunch with two of my best friends, Grantham and Candace. Candace has a little girl, Kelsey, who is about 4 weeks younger than Rainey. We hadn't seen her since she was 7 weeks old so it was great to see them. We went out to lunch and had a great time catching up with each other.
After that we headed on to our baby shower and made it there with only getting lost a couple of times;) My friend from college, Shannon, is getting ready to have her first baby in January. She is having a baby boy and she is so excited. There was another baby there that was only 4 days younger than Rainey so all the ladies loved playing with them.
Rainey and I did not get home until about 6pm and I was pleasantly surprise with dinner being ready when I walked in the door. Taylor had made fried chicken, veggies and cornbread. It was so yummy! Terry and Taylor had a really fun day too. After the parade they went over to their buddies house and watched some Pirate football. Yayyyy Pirates...C-USA Champs! We are hoping to be able to go to the Liberty bowl in Memphis if we can find a babysitter...any takers??:)

Sounds like such a fun day of memories and bonding!! Seriously, Taylor is welcomed over here ANYTIME to make some of that Fried Chicken!! What a guy!! He must have been on a high with the ECU win and all!! We are always happy to watch the kids!! :) Let me know if we can help!!
