Rainey is a BIG girl!

Last Tuesday (August 24) we decided to go ahead and make the big move to the big girl bed. Rainey had been saying all day how she wanted her "big girl bed" so we decided to do it! We took down her crib and RG said bye bye to it:)

I was so excited to get her sheets and bedding on and see how it all looked...I was so happy with what I had decided on and it fits her little personality perfectly!

I think Terry was just as excited as Rainey was to hang out in her new bed! It is a day bed that was given to us from my Uncle Dow and it used to be in Terry's nursery at our old house. It has a lot of room underneath where the kids have already had some "camp-outs" under there. I plan on putting some storage or a trundle bed under there in the future.

We read them both a bedtime book in Rainey Grace's bed, said our prayers, and our goodnights and kisses. I thought for sure RG would start crying or something but she didn't! I left her reading a book and came back about 10 minutes later and she was asleep! Yayyy!

So far she has done so great in her new bed! We had one day where naptime was a little hard but I am so thankful that she transitioned so well! Our little baby girl is growing up!!!
