Yesterday we went to Raleigh with some of our good friends, Amber, Ryan, Avery and Riley. Our plan was to go to the museum and hit up the Patsy Aiken sale. So, we headed out Friday morning and made it to Raleigh and to downtown with only one U-turn:) (pretty good if you ask me) and we ate lunch at a Mexican place downtown which was quite interesting with 2 toddlers needing to go to the bathroom and 2 babies that needed to be fed all the while trying to order food and eat chips and salsa...I was worn out after the meal...which we were in and out in 3o minutes!
After that we headed to the Marble's Kids Museum. As soon as we were in the door the kids were off! They had such a blast! It was so fun to watch them play and explore and Terry was just in heaven! He went from one thing to the other so fast it was hard to get a picture of him! It was worth every penny of that $5! I can't even really describe all of the cool things they had to do. I would have to say that the big pirate ship and the obstacle course were Terry's favorite. We spent about 2 hours in there and when we were leaving Terry said he "wanted to live there"! HAHA! That is how much fun he had!
After the museum us girls checked out the Patsy Aiken sale. My best friend, Grantham, got to meet up with us for a minute while we browsed the kids clothes. We didn't have much luck finding anything we wanted, I think we were too worn out from the Museum to do any serious shopping.
Below are some pictures from our day and if you get a chance you should check out the kids museum, if you haven't been already!

Looks like you guys had a blast!! What a great family fun day! (Even better with great friends!!) I bet there are some days you would like for Terry to live there too, of course with you there with him, just less of "I'm bored!" to listen to! ;)
It was fun! I'm glad we went...we should do more family outings more often! I wish Marbles was closer...oh, well, we can dream huh?
