Menu Plan Monday

OK so I know it is not Monday but I am only one day behind. In an effort to be more organized I am going to start planning my menu for the week and post it on here. I have gotten a lot of great ideas and info on menu planning from this website. A lot of other bloggers put their menus on there too so you can get recipe ideas from them for your menu. As you have read, we are still doing weight watchers (gained one pound last week) so most of our meals will be healthy (or try to be). So here goes our week right now. I have to go to the grocery store tomorrow so things might change.

Monday: Weight watchers- I eat out, Taylor fends for himself:)
Tuesday: Salad with veggies, turkey, cheese and sweet potato
Wednesday: Chicken in crockpot, brown rice, green beans
Thursday: wheat pizza, toppings: turkey bacon and asparagus, salad
Friday: beef baked ziti (ww recipe)
Saturday: Something on the grill (bbq chicken probably) corn on the cob, baked beans
Sunday: Leftovers or out with friends

This is exactly what I need...to copy your menus!!! Thanks buddy! I will start a week behind you...that way I can prepare like you are! Can't wait! Love this idea!

Awesome idea! I like the fact that you're such a planner/organizer! I agree with Amber.. such an inspiration!;) I may have to use some of your menus!
