Last week I decided it was time. I was so tired of changing diapers and buying them for two kids. (I also got some info for a summer camp for Terry at his school and you HAVE to be potty trained, so that got me in gear!)
The doctor had told us sometimes they are just not ready. To try and if he is not getting it try again in a couple of weeks. So it had been about 3 weeks since we had tried and y'all I am telling you he GOT IT!!!! The first day we only had one accident and since then I can't even count on one hand. He has had no accidents at school either!
It is true when they say, they will do it when they are ready! Terry is so excited everytime he goes potty and is so proud of himself. I feel like I have overcome this huge feat of motherhood!

Yeah Terry!! What a big boy!! I am SO glad you never rushed him and let him discover the feeling of accomplishment all by himself! That takes a lot of patience on your part, but really communicates how well you know your child!
